This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5836 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022, passed by this Court to stay at Arcot and report before the Arcot Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore and the case has been committed to PRC No.14 of 2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5836 of 2022 dated 14.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report learned Principal District Judge, Vellore, on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 am for a period of two 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

shk months and thereafter on the date fixed by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
