O R D E R

This petition has been filed to allow and direct the Transfer of Investigation in the Case in Crime No.902/2017 on the file of the 1st respondent to some other agency of officer for investigation progress and disposal in accordance with law.

2. On instructions, Mr. K.M.D. Muhilan, Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents, submits that the 1st respondent has already completed the investigation in Crime No.902 of 2017 and closed the same, with further action being dropped. In fact, the petitioner was already served with the referred charge sheet notice on 22.12.2021.

3. However, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no referred charge sheet notice has been received by the petitioner so far. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

4. In view of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The 1st respondent is directed to serve the referred charge sheet

notice within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned Court in the manner known to law, if so advised. 04.02.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order To,
