This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.555 of 2013 on the file of second respondent herein to CBCID, Nagapattinam to secure the ends of justice.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.555 of 2013 is pending for the period of six years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.555 of 2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.
