This Application has been filed to bring on record the Respondents 3 to 5 as the legal representatives of the late 1st Respondent as Respondents 4 to 6 in O.P.No.726 of 2022.

3.The deceased R.Krishnamurthy died on 19.01.2023, leaving behind Respondents 3 to 5.

4.Taking into consideration the factum of the death and the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
