(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The subject matter falls completely within the administrative domain as to calculation of the stated land value for different areas. We are, thus, not inclined to entertain the petition as a public interest litigation. 2.However, the petition itself may be treated as a representation to be dealt with on the administrative side alone by the concerned first and second respondents within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order and the decision be communicated to the petitioner.

3.Writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
