O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to entrust the investigation in Cr.No.298 of 2015 from the file of the second respondent to the Senior Police Official to conduct thorough investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in Cr.No.298 of 2015, already investigation completed and the second respondent dropped further action on 14.07.2019 itself. Therefore, the change of investigation does not arise and hence, this petition is dismissed.
