Today, the petitioners as well as the defacto complainant were present.

2.The defacto complainant filed an undertaking affidavit dated 01.11.2022 for payment of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of demand draft in D.D. No.014955 dated 01.11.2022. As regards the balance payment of Rs.4,00,000/-, he arranged through the Financier namely Mrs.R.Usharani, who is having the sufficient source of income to grant him financial assistance.

3.Another Undertaking Affidavit dated 01.11.2022 is filed by the above Financier Mrs.R.Usharani stating that she is ready and willing to give financial assistance loan, provided defacto complainant hand over the original Sale Deed towards security, in the event of the cancellation of the Sale Deed dated 01.10.2010, registered as Document No.5334/2010 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Virugambakkam, by the 1/3

petitioners/accused.

vga 4.The Sub Inspector of Police, who is present today, is directed to verify the credential of Mrs.Usharani and about the affidavit filed by her, since she had not appeared today.
