This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.6 of 2017, pending on the file of Kadampuliyur Police Station.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the case ended in acquittal by judgment dated 20.02.2019, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panruti in S.C.No.42 of 2017. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
