The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of OS.No.43 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Harur. Considering the limited prayer sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the suit is being adjourned for evidence from 02.02.2018 till 01.11.2021. 3.Considering the above and the fact that the connected suit in OS.No.44 of 2017 has been directed to be disposed of within a period of six months in CRP.No.2835 of 2021, this civil revision petition is allowed with a direction to the Sub-Court, Harur to dispose of OS.No.43 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
