ORDER

Heard Mr.D.Ambigaidass, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, Mrs.Selvi George, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 and 6, and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the seventh respondent.

2. In an earlier occasion, this Court by an Order dated 20.11.2024, finding that there was violation, on submission made by the contemnors, permitted them to restore the building in the original state.

3. When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that now the building has been restored 2/4

and handed over to the petitioner. In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader no further Order is required.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected application is closed.
