ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for sub division patta bearing No.2020/0105/08/141729 dated 19.03.2020 and consequentially direct the second respondent to sub divide and transfer the patta for 61 cents of land in survey Nos.1/4E and 4/5A1A1 of Sellapillai Kuttai Village at Salem in favour of the petitioner.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the application of the petitioner dated 19.03.2020 and, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
