O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 09.01.2024 with regard to issue of patta in respect of the land in Survey No.43/3 with an extent of 93 ares situate at Kizhur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District.

2. According to the petitioner, he is an agriculturalist, cultivating the above mentioned land for many years. He has submitted a representation to the respondent on 09.01.2024 seeking issue of patta in his name, considering his long possession and the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

3. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2024 will be considered on its own merit within the time fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
