Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to fully relax the condition The Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30.a.m. till filing charge sheet and thereafter as and when required, imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 10649 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.9968 of 2021 vide order dated 21.10.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.RAJAMOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10649 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.9968 of 2021 on 21.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly once of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
