Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to produce the sureties order passed in Crl.MP.No. 10656/2021 dated 22.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15102 of 2021 and the same have been ordered on 26.08.2021.

C.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 22.10.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.10656 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15102 of 2021 to execute sureties.
