The present application has been filed by the applicant to extend by six months the time period of the pending arbitral proceedings between the petitioner and the respondent in A.F.No.1 of 2021.

2. The learned counsels appearing for the respondent have no objection to extend the time.

3. However, considering the stage on which the arbitral proceedings are at, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a further period of three (3) months from today. The learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the proceedings and pass an Award within the said period of three (3) months and the respective parties are also directed to co-operate with the learned Arbitrator.
