O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents-Police not to harass the petitioner and interfere in the petitioner's layout development and sale of plots, in respect of land measuring 51 acres and 50.0 sq.mt in Survey No.250/4, Padalur (West) Village, Peramblaur District based on the DTCP Permissions R.O.C.No.42186VII/38841/2024/PD/2025/TCP dated 07.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is hereby dispensed with.

Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint of the fourth respondent herein, the second respondent-Police issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry on 07.02.2025. After conducting preliminary enquiry, it was found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and hence, the said complaint was closed. Therefore, there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner.

5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
