This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report filed against the petitioner for the offences under sections 294 [b], 324, 427 and 506[2] IPC.

When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submitted that in Crime No.207 of 2016, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for the offences under sections 294[b], 324, 427 and 506[ii] IPC on 24.11.2021.
