O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.10.2015. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 05.10.2015 lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending before the respondent police in CSR No.644 of 2015 dated 05.10.2015. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
