ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to file the final report in Crime No.998 of 2021 against the accused expeditiously without any further delay.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the case in Crime No.998 of 2021 was registered in the year 2021, till date the charge sheet has not been filed. Therefore, the present petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, on 24.07.2025 i.e. yesterday.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 2/4

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is so aggrieved with the charge sheet filed by the respondent police.
