ORDER

Vijayakumar, partner of K.S.Adithiyan Enterprise, seeks a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of his complaint dated 22.12.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as on date, no further action was taken by the police on his complaint.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that when the matter was enquired it was found to be a money https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transaction, a civil matter, accordingly, it was closed and the defacto complainant was also informed of the same by sending a copy of the enquriy report.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to take next course of action under law.

6. Recording the above submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to take next course of action available to him under law.
