This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the above second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 16.10.2024 made in A.S.No.18 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Bhavani confirming the judgment and decree dated 24.11.2012 made in O.S.No.273/2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Bhavani.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

3. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.

4. List the case on 05.12.2025.
