The petitioner has filed the present petition to implead him as a party respondent in W.A.No.528 of 2018.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner preferred another Writ Petition before this Court for issuance of patta without insisting NOC, which was dismissed. As against the said order, the petitioner preferred a writ appeal, and thereafter filed SLP appeal before the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court, vide order dated 15.11.2021, held that pending appeal, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application to implead them as a party in the present Writ Appeal No.528 of 2018.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is allowed.
4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Writ Appeal next week for final disposal.
