This application has been filed to amend the long and short cause title of the applicant/1st respondent in OP.No.707/2014 as M/s.The Natural Food Commercials Private Limited, NO.3/276, Kuttakadu, Mathukalipatti, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal 637 401 instead of M/s.Natural Food Products, 12 A, Gandhi Nagar, Mohanur Road, Namakkal 637 001 in the above OP.No.707/2014 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed in the interest of justice.

4.The learned counsel for the applicant is directed to carry out the amendment within a period of one week. Counter of the respondent by then.
