ORDER
The petitioner, who is A2 in C.C.No.78 of 2014 seeks direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur to expedite the disposal of the said Calender Case.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is pending without significant progress.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that still summons on certain co-accused have to be served.
4. I have perused the docket entry. It is seen that the case is pending for a long time. Every effort shall be taken to make the case ready for disposal.

In the circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alanndur is directed to take all the necessary steps as per law to make the Calender Case in C.C.No.78 of 2014 ripe for disposal and dispose of the case at an early date. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
