Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that the investigation of the complaint dated 23.11.2016 be transferred to any other agency. ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents police to investigate the complaint dated 23.11.2016 and also seeking transfer of investigation in his complaint.

2. Before registering the complaint, there is no question of transferring the investigation. Further, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 23.11.2016, an enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 09.12.2017 itself. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
