Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned sale notice in E.P. No.2/2001-2002 in Tha.Thi No.14-2000 dated 30.08.2022 issued to the petitioner by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to adjust the amounts already paid to the Account of E.P. No.2/2001-2002 in Tha.Thi No.14-2000 and recover the proportionate share from each of the persons.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the sale notice in E.P. No.2/2001-2002 in Tha.Thi No.14-2000 dated 30.08.2022 issued by the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that pending the writ petition, an auction sale was conducted and the third respondent in W.P.No.29890 of 2022 purchased the property which was brought for auction sale.

4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
