This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the present criminal revision petition as against the judgment dated 24.09.2024 made in Crl.A.No.73 of 2024 on the file of the learned Special Court for Trial of Cases Registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 193 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
