This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13815 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.

14634 of 2022 on 06.09.2022 to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur for every hearing date instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
