This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.978 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of the Respondent Police and quash the same.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that FIR in Crime No.978 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
