This application has been filed to set aside the exparte Order dated 25.07.2019 passed against the applicant/second defendant.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having regard to the nature of allegations in the affidavit filed along with the application and in order to give an opportunity to the applicant to agitate their rights, this application is ordered as prayed for.

4. The learned counsel for the second defendant submitted that the second defendant is adopting the written statement of the first defendant.

5. In view of the same, post the suit on 18.10.2019 for framing issues.
