This Criminal Revision is filed challenging the Judgment and Orders passed in C.A.No.23 of 2017, dated 05.07.2017 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.
2. The revision petitioner is the accused and he was acquitted by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Pollachi vide his orders dated 27.12.2016 in S.T.C.No.131/2016. As per the Full Bench decision of this Court in K.Rajalingam vs. R.Suganthalakshmi reported in 2020 (4) CTC 1, an appeal against the order of acquittal by the trial Court would lie only before this Court.
3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to convert the Criminal Revision Case as Criminal Appeal.
4. The complainant has to file a transpose petition by showing him as an appellant and the accused as the respondent and the memorandum R. HEMALATHA, 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

vum of grounds filed before the Appellate Court shall be considered as memorandum of grounds in the present appeal.
