This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.123 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, for offences under Sections 3(I) (IV & V) SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989 & 4 (f & g) SC/ST POA Amendment 2015 as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.123 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 27.10.2017 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
