The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 27.01.2016. 2.Today (11.03.2016), the matter is posted for filing of the acknowledgment card. But now the learned counsel for the petitioner turned down and submits that the complaint has been given in person.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has not received the complaint of the petitioner. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
