Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to dispose the representations dated 12.6.2023 & 23.6.2023 submitted by the petitioner herein pending on the file of the Respondents herein in accordance with law and on merits within a time frame as this Hon'ble Court may fix.

ORDER

The petitioner has applied to the respondent herein for issuing him with a Farmer Identity Card.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has provided all the necessary details to the respondent and also made representations on 12.06.2023 and 23.06.2023 but, the card is not yet issued. 3.Mr.G.Ameedias, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.The respondents are now required to take a call on the representations of the petitioner and to issue him with a Farmer Identity Card, if the papers are in order forthwith and if he requires any further information or material from the petitioner, the Authorities are required to inform the petitioner about the same and upon the petitioner providing this information/material, the Authorities are required to take a final call within the next four (4) weeks from the date on which such information/material is provided.
