Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to conduct or cause the conducting of enquiry; pursuant to the orders dated 11.12.2018 and 18.12.2018 passed in W.P.No.29880 of 2018 by this Court, of Mrs.Dr.Kamala Govindarajan, wife of the R.Govindarajan, the petitioner herein, at her current place of residence, i.e., at B-303, Temple Tree Apartments, Shamanna Gowda Layout, Jogupalaya, Bengaluru - 560 008, in view of her certified mental illness, for the grant of legal heirship certificate in respect of the demise of (Late) Mr.R.Parathasarathy [deceased brother of Petitioner's Wife] and (Late) Miss.Bama Rajagopalan [deceased sister of Petitioner's wife].

ORDER

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect: "It is most humble submitted that the Respondents have issued the Relationship Certificate to the wife of Petitioner."

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
