ORDER
The petitioner, who is the wife of A1, seeks direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation without further delay and file the final report before the Court concerned.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The petitioner has lodged a complaint on 24.06.2015. A case in Crime No.10 of 2015 for offences under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC has been registered. Her grievance is that till date, investigation has not been completed and the final report is filed.

In the facts and circumstances, the second respondent, namely, Inspector of Police, All Women Police station, Tiruvallur, is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2015 within 4 months from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of a copy of this order. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvallur, is also directed to instruct the police to complete the investigation within the said time.
