This criminal revision case has been filed praying to set aside the judgment passed in CA.No.49 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal dated 11.10.2021 confirming the judgment passed in STC.No.540 of 2017 dated 26.02.2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court)

When the matter was listed on 18.03.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 23.03.2026 under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, even today i.e. 24.03.2026, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
