ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 5 of TNPID Act, 1997, Section 420 of IPC r/w Section 120 B of IPC in Cr.No.3 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner conducted the chit fund with her husband and the petitioner's husband had collected deposits from several persons on the promise that he would give monthly incentives for 11 months and return the principal amount at the end of 11th month, but, he failed to pay the returns to the depositors which resulted in the registration of the case. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raising objection stating that more than Rs.Two Crores involved in this case and he further submits that till date, lot of complaints received by the respondent police from the innocent depositors. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner and the huge amount involved in this case is huge, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
