Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondents proceedings PHOENIX / RESL / 1591 / 2022-23 dated 12.09.2022 is quash the same as illegal and consequential direction or nature of direction directing the 2nd respondents to

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevan Ram, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. The writ petition is filed seeking a direction against the second respondent to accept the One-Time Settlement.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the letter dated 20.07.2023, the One-Time Settlement offer has been accepted by M/s.Phoenix ARC Pvt. Ltd., to whom debt has been assigned.

4. In view of the said letter, the relief claimed in the present

writ petition does not survive.

5. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.24611 and 24612 of 2022 are closed.
