O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred praying to set aside the condition No.(i) imposed in the judgment dated 04.04.2025 in Crl.MP.no.536 of 2025 in CSR.No.632 of 2024 on the file of the learned

Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused, all the materials placed before this Court.

On perusal of records, it is revealed that the petitioner filed petition for return of cash of Rs.88,590/- and the same was allowed with certain conditions. It is seen that one of the conditions has been "the petitioner should executed a bond for Rs.90,000/-(Rupees Ninety Thousand only) along with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court". However, since the petitioner is one of the victims, this Court is inclined to delete the condition. 4.

Accordingly, it is ordered that the condition i.e."the petitioner should executed a bond for Rs.90,000/-(Rupees Ninety Thousand only) along with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court" imposed in the judgment dated 04.04.2025 passed in Crl.MP.no.536 of 2025 in CSR.No.632 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chengalpet, stands deleted. The other conditions shall remain intact.
