ORDER

This petition has been filed to register the FIR based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.04.2018. 2.It is seen from records that already a direction has been given by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. to register an FIR.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent police to comply with the direction given by the learned Magistrate and register an FIR within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
