O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed challenging the transfer order

passed by the first respondent dated 27.02.2006. While entertaining the writ petition, this Court has not granted any interim order. Thereafter, on 28.09.2006, in W.P.M.P.No.15382 of 2006, this Court has recorded as follows:

'Since the petitioner has joined in the transferred place, the prayer sought for in the WPMP has become infructuous and WPMP is dismissed.'

Hence, after expiry of eleven years, in my opinion nothing would survive for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
