PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to return the documents in respect of the property in the name of the first petitioner situated in Balaji Park situated within Coimbatore Corporation Limit in S.F.No.93/1, 94/1, House site No.23-A, Kavundampalayam Village, Coimbatore Taluk, Coimbatore District, given as security in respect of Home Loan Account No.PHR009001820603, as the entire loan of transaction has been settled as per the terms of the Settlement Letter issued by the second respondent dated 21.12.2020 without claiming to exercise any general lien.
