Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 1 to 3 respondents to retrieve the possession of petitioner's house in at Plot No.10 Manimegalai Street, 2nd Cross Street, East Tambaram, Chennai- 59, from the 4th respondent, and hand over the same to the effective and physical possession of the petitioner.
