ORDER

The petitioner is the mother of certain Rajesekaran and her grievance is that her name was not included in the legal heir certificate issued by the second respondent. She has now made a representation to the District Collector/first respondent and seeks a expeditious disposal of the same. 2.Mr.G.Ameedias, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and made a statement that the representation must be preferred to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai North Division. 3.This Court now suo motu impleads the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chennai North Division, Puzhal, Chennai - 600 066 as the fourth respondent.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause-title.

5.Mr.G.Ameedias, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the fourth respondent.

6.The petitioner is now required to make an representation to the RDO/fourth respondent, who on receiving the said appeal/representation from the petitioner is required to dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks, after hearing all those who are likely to be affected by his proceedings.
