ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to alter the charge under Section 174(iii) to 306 of IPC and investigate the FIR in Crime No.1225 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already, an alteration report dated 16.12.2015 has been filed altering the offence under Section 306 of IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, a direction is issued to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible.
