O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.11.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 11.11.2015. But the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 05.01.2016 as 'civil in nature'. He would further submit that civil suit has also been pending between the petitioner and the proposed accused.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, a liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
