2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking for the following prayer:- For issuance of a mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to instruct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, seeking for the aforesaid relief, has made a representation dated 22.10.2023 to the respondents, however, as on the date, the same has not evoked any response, which necessitated the petitioner to approach this Court by way of present Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief. 2/4

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 3 and 4 fairly submitted that the representation made by the petitioner would be considered and disposed of on merits within the time, that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, sought for, in this Writ Petition, this Court is of the view that the suffice it would be to direct the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits in a time bound manner.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2023 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
