This petition has been filed to call for the records in CC.No.3652 of 2014 pending on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.IV, George Town, Chennai and to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3722 of 2016 dated 21.10.2016.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the CC.No.3652 of 2014 itself disposed of. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous. 3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
