Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for two weeks for executing the sureties as per the order of this Honble Court made in Crl.M.P.No.10214/2021 in Crl.OP.No.8884/2021 dated 06.05.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SURIYA PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Court had already granted extension of time to the petitioner for a period of two weeks on 05.10.2021 in Crl.MP.No.10214 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8884 of 2021 to execute sureties. Now the petitioner, has filed this application further extension of time for a period of two weeks to comply the conditions.
